The Beauty Clinic Rewards Program

By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Should you not agree with these terms and conditions, please email us to cancel your account.

How do I join the Rewards Program?

2. Before you can redeem points, you must first register at rewards.thebeautyclinic.com.au
3. You must register with the same email address currently held on file with The Beauty Clinic @ 70 Pitt St. Just tell us your correct email address at your next visit and we will assist.
4. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so please keep your login and password confidential.

How do I earn points?

5. Every dollar you spend earns you Beauty Rewards points. You can see your progress towards redeeming points for our chosen treatments by logging into your account at rewards.thebeautyclinic.com.au
6. Payment for The Beauty Clinic Membership program is excluded from points.

How do I redeem points?

7. Before you can redeem points, you must first register at rewards.thebeautyclinic.com.au (You must register with the same email address currently held on file with The Beauty Clinic @ 70 Pitt St.)
8. You must visit The Beauty Clinic and pay for treatment(s)
9. You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash (including as part payment for any treatment ) and you cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone.
10 The membership program payments are excluded from earning points. The Beauty Clinic reserves the right to from time to time change the offered rewards treatments and the number of points allocated to dollars ratio.

What else do I need to know?

12. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Rewards Program if you don’t use redeem points for 12 consecutive months,or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
13. We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website at http://rewards.thebeautyclinic.com.au
14. We may discontinue our Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
15. We may change the Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to each treatment and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we’ll publish an updated version on our website at http://rewards.thebeautyclinic.com.au. Your continued participation in our Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
16. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Rewards Program in Australia, and are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

18. You Agree that from time to time you will receive emails of the nature of News, Specials and Offers from The Beauty Clinic @70 Pitt St
19. You Agree that The Beauty Clinic @70 Pitt St may terminate the rewards program giving 3 months notice (to redeem your points), at any time by notifying you at your supplied email address.
20. You Agree that The Beauty Clinic @70 Pitt St – Treatment Vouchers must be used within 1 month of issue, after which they are void.
21. You Agree that notice of cancellation of a redeemed treatment appointment, must be made by 2pm on the business day proceeding the appointment, or that treatment voucher , at our discretion will be considered void.
22. You Agree that a no show for an appointment will voide that voucher
23. You Agree that being late for an appointment may, depending on other booking commitments, attempt to accommodate you or if posssible – We will attempt to give you an abbreviated treatment. If this is not possible the Voucher will be voided.
24. You Agree that points will expire after 18 months. Purchases made more than 18 months in the past will be excluded from points.
