- Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances change unexpectedly. While we strive to be as flexible as possible, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note, our general policy is as follows:
- Cosmetic Treatments:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your cosmetic treatment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment value.
- No-shows will incur the full treatment fee.
- Doctor’s Appointments:
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of doctor’s appointments.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a fee based on the type of appointment.
- No-shows will incur the full treatment fee.
- Functional Medicine Appointments:
- A $330 fee applies for missed or late-cancelled functional medicine appointments without proper notice.
- Please be advised that if your payment has not yet been finalized, this may affect the scheduling and confirmation of future appointments.
While we understand that unexpected events can happen, we ask for your cooperation in notifying us as early as possible. This allows us to accommodate other patients and provide you with the best possible service. We will always consider individual circumstances, but the policy outlined above generally applies.
- Vouchers and Coupons
We are pleased to offer various promotional vouchers and coupons for your treatments. Please be aware of the following guidelines for voucher usage:
- Minimum Treatment Value: Vouchers and coupons are valid only for treatments valued at $250 or more.
- Exclusivity: Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or specials.
- Expiry: Vouchers have an expiration date and must be used before this date.
- One Voucher per Visit: Only one voucher may be used per visit.
- Non-transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and are valid only for the person to whom they were issued.
- Products Excluded: Vouchers are not applicable for product purchases.
- Package Treatments
We offer a variety of customized package treatments designed to meet your individual needs. Please note the following:
- Non-refundable: Package treatments are non-refundable.
- No Vouchers or Specials: Package treatments cannot be used in conjunction with any vouchers, coupons, or specials.
- Completion Requirement: All treatments in a package must be completed within the specified time frame, with a one-month grace period.
- Treatment Protocols: It is important that the full treatment protocol is followed to achieve the desired results.
- Treatment Results
At The Beauty and Cosmetic Clinic, we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients. However, results may vary from individual to individual. As such, we do not offer refunds based on the results of your treatment.
- Payment Policy
Payment for all treatments and services is required at the time of service. In the event of a missed or late-cancelled appointment, the corresponding cancellation or no-show fee will be charged or as otherwise agreed upon.
