1. Appointment Cancellation and No Show Policy:
At our beauty clinic, we are committed to providing excellent beauty care to all of our patients. To ensure we can schedule appointments for all patients, we have an Appointment Cancellation Policy.
When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside specifically for you, and if it is missed without notice, that time cannot be used to treat another patient.
Our policy is as follows:
We require that you notify our office by 2 PM the last business day prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to schedule other patients into that appointment time.
If you miss an appointment without contacting our office within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment.
If you miss a coupon, package, membership, or voucher booked treatment, it is considered as used and cannot be rescheduled for that month.
If you are late for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will attempt to accommodate you, or if possible, give you an abbreviated treatment. However, it will still count as a used treatment.
Vouchers and Coupons:
All our vouchers and coupons have specific rules that apply, including:
- They cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers and specials.
- They have an expiry date.
- They can only be used for individual treatments over a stated price on the coupon.
- Only one voucher can be used per visit to the clinic.
- They are not applicable to products.
- They are not transferable.
- Minimum treatment value $199
Package Treatments:
We offer a range of package treatments that can include single or multiple types of treatments over a defined period of time. These treatments are customised to the specific requirements of each patient, with the goal of achieving a specific result by multiplying a single treatment or combining multiple treatments.
Our package treatments are non-refundable, not subject to coupons or specials, and the full treatment protocol must be completed in the defined time plus one month’s leeway.
Treatment Results:
At our beauty clinic, we understand that treatment results and longevity can vary from patient to patient. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on treatments.
