How does it work?
The technology has multiple tips and each tip has a different number and different length of micro-needles (up to 3 mm depth). The uncoated needles can ablate the damaged skin and are suitable for resurfacing and scar treatment.
There is dual dermal stimulation by multiple pins simultaneously entering the skin. Radiofrequency goes through the pins and releases heat to the dermis. Thus we get both the physical injury and the heat effect which causes abundant collagen deposition for many months after the last treatment.
The treatment is done with topical numbing cream and carries minimal discomfort.
Downtime is minimal and lasts 24 to 48 hours before redness subsides. The tiny brown spots at the entry site of the micro-needles may last another 48 hours.
