How Does Infini RF work?
Infini RF delivers pulses of high intensity RF energy to precise depths through very fine, gold –coated microneedles. The needles create tiny channels , allowing the heat to by-pass the outer layer of the skin. Infini RF The Process
- The treatment area is thoroughly cleaned and topical anesthetic cream is applied for 1-1.5 hour
- Analgesic medication given half an hour prior to the procedure
- The treatment typically takes about half an hour or less
- During the treatment the patient can:
- have happy gas
- listen to music
- watch a video
- play a computer game(winning is no guaranteed)
- Reported pain level by most patients varies between 2/10 and 4/10. Should the pain perception be higher, the doctor can immediately provide additional anaesthesia.
- At the end of the treatment, the area is usually red, as if sun burned. This disappears over the next 2-3 days and be easily covered with light make-up(if desired).
- Soothing cream is applied
- Typically we use LED light therapy after the treatment to reduce inflammation and speed up recovery
- Next day activities are usually resumed without any problems
